Behavior teamed with ResortQuest, the world’s leading vacation property management firm, to develop an easy-to-use, elegant, and informative Web site to increase online rental bookings and real estate referrals.

The Behavior team created a strategic plan to meet the unique needs of over four dozen different vacation markets. With approximately 45,000 rental properties and 20 real estate sales locations, the core challenge was to optimize the property search engine and booking process. Our solution combines an intuitive aesthetic with a versatile, powerful, and extremely easy-to-use search engine.

We also developed a visual brand standard that was leveraged across ResortQuest’s related businesses and a template system that provides the flexibility necessary to customize tools, features, and client communications.
